Warframe as a game is always changing and evolving. Two major examples that I have personally played through are the U22.12 weapon overhaul, and the U27.2 Warframe Revised update. Unfortunately for a sporadic content creator like myself, this means that my content is made redundant over time, and I don't have the time to update everything. Baro Ki'Teer: 07/05/2021


A couple nice Prisma items and a new armour piece, but otherwise not much special this time around.

New Items

  • Mulciber Chest Plate - Cosmetic.

  •  None.

Good

  • Prisma Twin Gremlins - MR11 Dual Secondaries. Very well rounded weapon, they were a personal favourite for quite a long time. Somewhat powercrept by Aksomati Prime and Kuva Twin Stubbas, but nonetheless still a very solid Secondary.
  • Prisma Grinlok - MR11 Semi-Auto Rifle. Quite powerful and very accurate, but very slow firing. Reliably inflicts massive Slash procs on enemies. Faces stiff competition from the Kuva Chakkhurr, which is even slower but vastly more powerful. Nonetheless, a solid and quite effective Rifle for players who enjoy slow-firing precision Rifles.
  • Prisma Shade - Variant of the Shade Sentinel, with more Shields and Armour. One of the tougher Sentinels, with a useful Precept when it decides to work (Ghost). Comes with Prisma Burst Laser, which is useful as an Augur mod set stat-stick. If nothing else, provides a great amount of Mastery (6k + 3k).

Niche

  • Vulkar Wraith - MR7 Sniper Rifle. Significantly weaker than the top-tier single-target Snipers (Vectis and Rubico Primes), with the only notable stat being above-average Mag Capacity.
  • Primed Cleanse Corpus/Corrupted - +55% Faction Damage for Shotguns. A nice damage multiplier especially for damage-over-time procs, but very expensive to max out and tedious to switch out for each Faction. Pretty heavily overkill for vast majority of content.
  • Primed Slip Magazine - +55% Mag Capacity for Secondaries. A very niche mod that usually has to compete with a lot of much stronger mods to fit into a Secondary build.
  • Sands of Inaros - Quest for Inaros. Always in Baro's inventory.
  • Baro Void-Signal - Key for exclusive mission line. Can only be purchased and played as Inaros Prime. Awards exclusive cosmetics. Always in Baro's inventory.

Do Not Buy

  • Thermite Rounds - 60/60 Heat mod for Rifles. Can be farmed from Spy missions, or bought for relatively cheap from other players.
  • Astral Twilight - Glaive stance. Can be bought for very cheap from other players, or acquired mainly from Kuva Jesters.
  • Corrupted Heavy Gunner Specter - Offers nothing that other Specters (notably Warframe ones) do not do better.
