Baro Ki'Teer: 03/05/2024


A weird partial-rerun of recent weeks, with one good mod to save the day.

New Items

  • Prisma Lotus Bloom Sigil - Cosmetic.

Must Buy

  • Primed Pistol Gambit - +187% Crit Chance for Secondaries. A must-have for any Crit-viable Secondary, which is most of the good ones. Faces some competition from Creeping Bullseye, which offers slightly higher Crit Chance at the cost of some Fire Rate.

Good

  • None.

Niche

  • Viper Wraith - MR4 Full-Auto Secondary. Hilariously week, comically outclassed. Only useful as Mastery fodder.
  • Mark of the Beast - Thrown Melee mod, gives +Crit/Status Chances to Secondary on Melee kills. Can be moderately strong, but suits only a very specific playstyle.
  • 3 Day Mod Drop Chance Booster - notably cannot be bought from Market normally.
  • Sands of Inaros - Quest for Inaros. Always in Baro's inventory.
  • Baro Void-Signal - Key to exclusive mission line, awarding cosmetics. Can only be purchased and played with Inaros Prime. Always in Baro's inventory.

Do Not Buy

  • Opticor Vandal - MR14 Charge-up Rifle. Moderately powerful, with a little AoE. Somewhat lackluster in today's meta, but then again most weapons are when compared to the top. More importantly, OpticorV is also a reward from doing Thermia Fractures, which you will want to do anyway for Hildryn parts.
