Baro Ki'Teer: 04/06/2021

A couple of neat items in Baro's inventory this time around, including the Neo O1 Relic which hasn't been seen for a long time.

New Items

• Mulciber Shoulder Plate - Cosmetic.

Must Buy

• Neo O1 Relic - Relic containing some Volt and Odonata Prime parts. Notably, has not been seen in Baro's regular inventory since mid-June 2018. If you're still yet to complete your Volt/Odonata Primes and don't buy Tennocon tickets (for the Tennocon Baro), now is finally the time.

Good

• Supra Vandal - MR14 Spool-Up Rifle. A very good, Status-leaning Full-Auto Primary. Deals reasonable damage with fantastic Status output, and has access to a decent Augment in Entropy Burst. Faces increasingly tough competition from newer releases, such as the Kuva Karak, Kuva Hind and Tenora Prime.
  
• Axi A5 Relic - Relic containing Vasto and Akvasto Prime Parts. Vasto Prime can be also obtained during Nova Prime's Unvaultings, but Akvasto Prime is exclusive to this Relic (which is in turn exclusive to Baro). Both are decent Slash-based Secondaries against singular targets, but nothing particularly special in the current meta.
• Ki'Teer Colour Palette - notable as one of relatively few colour palettes available without spending Plat.

Niche

• Primed Firestorm - +55% Explosive Radius for non-Shotgun Primaries. A lot of fun on weapons that already have a decent explosive radius and can afford the mod slot (e.g. Kuva Ogris, Kuva Bramma, Proboscis Cernos). Even further increases the crowd-killing ability of such weapons, though does not help against singular heavy targets, and usually has to compete for the mod slot with many other strong mods.
  
• Prisma Dual Decurions - MR10 Archgun. Largely outclassed by other offerings, notably the Mausolon which barring a slightly slower Fire Rate, is vastly superior.
  
• Primed Expel Grineer/Infested - +55% Faction Damage for Secondaries. Quite heavily overkill for the vast majority of content, though the Grineer one can be useful on Steel Path, especially for weapons that reliably inflict Slash/Heat procs.
  
• Sands of Inaros - Quest for Inaros. Always in Baro's stock.
• Baro Void-Signal - Key for exclusive mission series, awarding exclusive cosmetics. Can only be bought and played with Inaros Prime. Always in Baro's stock.
  

Do Not Buy

• Vermillion Storm - Stance for Claw Melee. Can be acquired primarily from Kuva Guardians, or purchased from other players for very cheap.
  
• Volcanic Edge - +60/60% Heat mod for Melee. Can be farmed from Spy missions, or purchased from other players for quite cheap.
