Must Buy
- Voltaic Strike - 60/60 Electric mod for Melee. Not actually used a whole lot as the usual Melee go-to is Viral, but Baro is the only source for this mod. It is very useful to have just-in-case.
Good
- Primed Chilling Grasp - Viral is one of the best damage types at the moment, and Cold forms half of that. The main issue with Primed Chilling Grasp is that it has a D polarity, which is used by very, very few other mods. As such, Forma-ing for it can make it difficult to fit in other builds.
Niche
- Prisma Skana - MR8 Single Sword. Quite heavily outclassed by a number of other Swords, only useful for Mastery or if you're a non-Founder who wants a good Skana.
- Prova Vandal - MR8 Machete. Innate Electric damage is nice for Condition Overload, but otherwise largely outclassed by Machete Wraith.
- Combo Fury - Mod for Thrown Melee. Upon kill, grants +100% Reload Speed and Mag Capacity to Secondary for 12 seconds. Very niche mod for a small subset of Melee weapons. Suits only a very specific playstyle.
- Sands of Inaros - Quest for Inaros. Always in Baro's stock.
- Baro Void-Signal - Key to exclusive mission series. Can only be bought and played with Inaros Prime. Awards exclusive cosmetics, decoration and Specter blueprint.
Do Not Buy
- Collision Force/Full Contact - +120% Impact for Melee/Shotgun respectively. Impact is a poor damage type, and these mods drop from Teralyst, so can be readily farmed or bought for very cheap from other players.
- Buzz Kill - +120% Slash for Melee. Doesn't see much use, and drops from Hydrolyst, so can again be farmed or bought for cheap from other players.
